Delivery Method

CRTC offers several difference methods of delivery training

• Face to face classroom delivery using method actors for practice – full day duration
• Face to face classroom delivery no actors – Unit 1 and Unit 2 are covered – full day duration
• Face to face classroom delivery no actors – 3 hours duration
• Online facilitated delivery – 3 hours duration.

Note

CRTC is currently developing an introductory training video.  This will allow individuals to access a short introductory training session on the basic principles of Conflict Resolution.
